Guests - tenants are allowed to have overnight guests as follows:
12-month rental (up to a total of 30 days per rental term)
9-month rental (up to 14 days per rental term)
6-month rental (up to 7 days per rental term)
3-monthrental (up to 3 days per rental term)
One small dog or cat is allowed.
Pet must be under 30 pounds at full size.
Tenant are required to clean up after their pets.
$250 Pet deposit required (non-refundable)
Pet agreement required to be filed with community mgmt
Unit has one covered parking space assigned.
Guest parking is limited.
Rent:
12-month rental - furnished $1,500 per month
9-month rental - furnished $1,600 per month
6-month rental - furnished $1,750 per month
